Myyfeed was created and founded by Ash Reza in 2011 when his sister was complaining about the problems which she was experiencing whilst making formula milk in the car. Ash who has a great passion for design and innovation took on the challenge to design and develop a unique and novel product which combined all 3 elements of the current feeding apparatus with the added feature of a patent pending mixing system built into the product.

Having self funded the product through design, patenting & prototyping Ash was seeking to find a dynamic investor to help bring the Myyfeed to the baby feeding Market. An opportunity arose in form of a new BBC THREE business program called BE YOUR OWN BOSS, fronted by the co-founder of Innocent Smoothies Richard Reed.

Thousands of entrepreneurs applied and Ash was 1 of the chosen 500 who was given the
opportunity to pitch his venture to Richard Reed at an expo in London. Ash came out triumphant and successfully pitched the Myyfeed to Richard Reed and Apprentice winner Tim Cambell who both thought the Myyfeed was a great product and had potential. Ash was selected in Richard’s final 18 ventures and was given £3,000 worth of seed capital to progress with the business and prove worthy of life changing investment.

Ash also had a surprise meeting with Business tycoon Sir Richard Branson who after seeing the demonstration of the Myyfeed said “Bloody hell, that is brilliant” before placing an order for 6 Myyfeed’s for his grandchildren. He also said “The most important thing in business is to fill a gap in the market and there is a massive gap in the market for this, parents everywhere will want one”

It was D day and Ash was summoned to Richard’s Reed HQ: Fruit Towers, It was tense but Richard ended with saying “You have to ask yourself do you believe in the product and do you believe in the person, and in this case I believe in both”. Ash successfully won £65,000 worth of investment to bring the Myyfeed Baby Formula Mixer to Market.
